Silence and Finale (Hush, Hush books 3 & 4) By Becca Fitzpatrick

What more can I say about this saga? Through the last two books Becca Fitzpatrick keeps you guessing just like the first two. I most certainly could not have come to the conclusion she came to. The fight between Nelpihim and Fallen Angels only intesifies. With Nora leading the Nelpihim army (and dat...

Crescendo (hush, hush series book 2) by Becca Fitzpatrick

**SPOILER ALERT** Oh my gosh. It didn't take me very long to read this book because it was SO good. Just like the first book it kept me guessing right till the very end. Becca Fitzpatrick really has a way with her writing. There were so many twists and turns it was on the edge of being hard to follo...

Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick

In the last couple days I have started Hush, Hush. It really just jumps right in. Definitely not a slow start to this book. It starts with Nora being paired with Patch, a kid who doesn't speak in class, as lab partners. Nora is not fond of him or how he acts, but can't help but be drawn in by his el...

I was here by Gayle Forman

I am currently reading this book and it has quickly captured my interest. It is by the same author as 'If I stay'. This book follows Cody through life after her best friend Meg drinks a bottle of industrial strength cleaner alone in a motel room. Cody discovers that there is a lot more to Meg's life...

Re: The Neverending Story

Ya know I think the only time I have seen the movie for this was watching it with you and Amy. :) I'm going to have to watch it again and then read the book. I know it's good just haven't seen it in a LONG time. lol

Re: The Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon

I can't say I've read The Legacy of Gird. I would imagine that it does take place in the same time frame. I will have to look in to getting that one to read for sure! I've read this one four times now and I know it will be one that I revisit often in the future. It is so well written and entrancing ...

The Twilight Saga

I know these books aren't for every one, but personally I loved them. I read them in my teen years so of course they were the perfect love story. A little bit of mystery and mythical beings mixed with romance. I always felt like I related to Bella (the main character) well. Through every up and down...

The Deed of Paksenarion by Elizabeth Moon

So this is one of my favorite books. Set in a era of Kings and Dukes with some mythical creatures and magic, it definitely take you to another world. The main character Paksenarion or "Paks" runs away from home and a marriage she doesn't want to join a mercenary company. From the time she ...

Re: Mara Dyer Trilogy

Yay! The first post! :D That actually sounds really interesting. I've never seen something like that set in current times. Is it kind of like Divergent or The Hunger Games?
